Sunday Funday: a good start

I slipped into the bed at dawn 6am after spending the night updating the blog. It was 9am when I heard the quick pattering of floorboards as EggEgg sneaked into my room. He carefully peeped to judge my mood: if Mami's tired, he's not welcomed. I opened one eye and gave him a weak smile. It's a signal that he's allowed to join my bed. He gave me a kiss on the cheeks and slipped into the warm quilt next to me and Cola.

Cola's still sleeping, peacefully next to me, with his hands sticking out of the quilt in a superman pose, oblivious to the quiet conversation between me & EggEgg.

A moment later, EggEgg crept out. I didn't bother to find out where he's gone. Perhaps off to play by himself? Nope, I was wrong. The next thing I heard, a drawer quietly opened, and I saw EggEgg trying to put on his undies.
"What are you doing?" "Uh uh 屎屎"
"Oh you've done a poo in the toilet?" "Um!"
Now that's my good boy! I can feel a good day coming ahead.

We had hot tomato soup and garlic bread for breakfast. EggEgg settled for his TV fix: a 30 minute session of Wiggles. Although he had watched this same DVD for 30 times now, he's still not bored of it. It's an addiction. A routine. A once-a-day treat.

We inspected our veggie patch and found a radish ripe for picking. EggEgg pulled it out of the soil by gingerly pulling on a single leaf stalk. This is our first radish harvest. What should we do with the radish? I don't know... we don't really eat radish. We planted it for fun.

Next, we drilled some more holes with pencils and EggEgg has planted the next batch of raddish seeds. More harvests to come!

Daddy made yummy tacos for lunch while Cola had one of those rare long naps.

EggEgg ran a restaurant in the afternoon. We had a menu drawn on the Megasketcher for customers to pick their meal. EggEgg and Tonton were fighting over the frying pan and the stove. Heehee... I just sit around and order food and drink.

Great job on the potty training. I really need to crack my whip on my Dan. I love how Egg Egg played restaurant! How cute!
