Cola is now 7 months old!

At last! My precious Cola has evolved to the interactive stage where he can smile on cue.

He is finally sleeping through the night, in this own cot, from 8pm through to 6am in the morning. All righty! Sanity and good humour returns to the household when everyone gets sufficient sleep.

Cola has also had his first finger food treat, a baby biscuit. At first he was a bit hesitant, playing with this crunchy thing. After gentle guidance and a first taste, he become so eager to shove the entire biscuit into his mouth. A chubby hand holding a mushy piece of biscuit. The brains trying to figure out how to eat the bit that's within the palm. The palm refuse to open and let go. It's all very confusing for the newly wired grey matter.

Cola is also sitting up very well. Every morning I'd prop him up to sit straight next to my pillow, where he'd play by himself while I sleep late into the morning. Hohoho... One morning, he rolled forward like Humpty Dumpty and planted a kiss right into my face. His first kiss is for me! What a great way to start the day!
