Lazy mornings

7:30am I could hear Cola sobbing in the kids room. Still half-asleep, I drag my reluctant body across the corridor and see what the kids are up to. The trains and cars are all laid out on the floor in some kind of logical layout. It looked like EggEgg had woke up for a while and has been playing quietly by himself all this time.

As for Cola, whoa, I could see a green tractor in his cot.
"EggEgg, have you been throwing toys into baby's cot again?"
"No throw. Slide. Baby pain."

Good boy. Yesterday I found the cot full of metal trains, thrown inside "for baby's entertainment". There was a bruise on Cola's head, and I had to reprimand EggEgg about the danger of throwing toys.

8:30am After feeding Cola, the boys began our bodies as a play gym. Cola practiced crawling and climbing and standing up, while falling all over my back. EggEgg even stood on top of Tonton's back and used it as a surfboard! "滑浪! 滑滑滑滑!" (Surfing, surf surf surf...)

After enough of surfing, he retreated to the "beach", aka. quilt, and began to scoop imaginary sand with his hands. "耙沙!耙耙耙耙!" (Scoop sand, scoop scoop scoop...)
Tonton & I are half-amused and too lazy to shoo them away.

9:30am Please, please, let me sleep in... what can I do to make these two active monsters go away? Ah... "EggEgg, go outside to play with baby. There's lots and lots of toys out there waiting for you both." EggEgg could see the light of it. I lifted Cola out of my bed and dumped him on the floor. "Go, you both." Cola is excited about getting out of this boring room too. Wait, he's distracted by my slippers. He began to flip the slippers to check out its intriguing patterns.

EggEgg gently pulled the slippers from him. "No, baby, no. Come!" EggEgg set an example by crawling out of the room first. Cola followed. The next thing I know, I woke up happily at 11am.
