Moments in time

I thank my Lord for his abundant blessings. That I am allowed to sleep and wake up with 3 different boys everyday.

Afternoons, I'd race EggEgg to the double bed to see who crawls in faster for a nap.  Sometimes I'm more tired than he is, so after a half-hearted story, I fell asleep sooner than him.  EggEgg used to start crying whenever he was told to go to nap, it must have been a form of torture for him.  Now that he's a bit older, he'd merrily shove his face next to me with the most silly smile on his face.  He'd poking my nose with his cold fingers, to see how much more playtime he could get out of Mami.

When EggEgg is resting, I'd sneak out of the room to be in time to catch Cola's as he wakes.

Nighttime, I'd cuddled up to dear Tonton for the first part of the night.  By 3am, Cola would beckon me with his sniffles from his room.  

Mornings, I'd wake up with Cola next to me, babbling happily and beaming at me with a big smile.  Sometimes he would give me a few good punches on the eye with his fat fists too.  (EggEgg used to give me headbutts instead)  Those chubby cheeks has a peculiar sweet baby smell.  It makes me want to chew on them for breakfast.  

My Lord, please keep us all safe and warm, just like this everyday.
