One of Egg Egg's favourite activity is to browse through our photo albums. Mind you, not just his own album, but our past travel photos with Tonton as well. It is surprising that EggEgg has managed to memorize the content of every album: which one contains the Siberian tiger (China 2002), which one contains the scorpion lady (Thailand 2001), which one contains the peacock (Tasmania 2007)...
Whenever he reads a story book with reference to an animal, he would go pick up the correct photo album, turn to the page and point it out to me, as if to confirm its existence in the real world.
Why would EggEgg be interested in our travel photos? Those were way before he was born! And why would EggEgg be interested in seemingly boring places (temples, forests, mountains) that he has never seen before?
To which Tonton replied, "Your son loves to go outdoors all the time. He loves to travel. That's why he loves our travel photos, because he wants to be part of it."
