Is Bobo color blind?

After so many times of trying to each Bobo the names of the color, he still doesn't quite get it. I'm beginning to worry if he's color blind.  As a worried mum, I googled up some "Color Blind test for Toddlers" and to my relief, he could see the patterns. So why is it that he could memorise the names of all fruits and vegetables and Thomas engines and nursery rhymes but he just can't tell the difference between red, green, blue?

At traffic lights, Bobo still get confused. "Green light, Stop!"  That's a Red light, not green.

This morning in the car, he made a polite request, "When we get home, Mami cut an apple for me?"

"All right. Which apple do you want to eat?"

"Green-colored apple.. er... no, I mean, red-colored apple. I like red apple."

"Are you sure that's the one you want, Bobo?"

"Actually, I want an orange-colored apple." (Bobo could use the word 'Actually' in the correct context at 2.5 yo, but couldn't name the colors?)

Cola tried to fool him. "You are wrong.  There are no more orange-colored apple. All eaten already.  There are only yellow-colored apple left at home."

Now I am absolutely puzzled.

Bobo insisted, "But there is no such thing as yellow-colored apple! 但係無黃色萍果架!"
