I was pondering about the logistics of taking a newborn to their Easter hat parade for 2 afternoon in a row in April.
I asked Cola while driving in the car, "Cola, did you learn to sing Easter songs in school today?"
"Yes"
"Did you do all the actions like the teacher taught you?"
"Yes. Mami, come to see Cola's concert." He urged.
Then I turned to EggEgg and asked, "Have you started making those funny Easter hats in school yet?"
EggEgg replied, "No. We make it when it's Easter. I just made a Valentine's hat last week."
Suddenly he reminded me, "Mami, Don't bother to come to my concert."
"Huh? Why?"
EggEgg explained, "Mami, for the past 2 years I don't like to sing in those concerts. This year I'm also not going to sing!"
"Are you sure? Well, then I'm not going to attend your concert with Grandma. You sure?"
"Yup. I won't sing. So don't come."
Two kids. Two complete opposites.
