A kitchen timer race

In the kitchen, while I was busy baking a cake, I enlisted EggEgg's help.
"EggEgg, can you please set the kitchen timer for 10 minutes? Then we will know that the cake is done when it beeps."

EggEgg nodded and starts pressing the minute button to 10. And pressed Start.
