Solution to the headbutt problem

Aha! The last couple of mornings, EggEgg has destroyed all my hopes of an early morning sleep in. For what seemed like an hour, he would continuously heatbutt me on the floor mattress. He attacks me at a time when I'm most defenceless and physically weak. While trying to ignore him and continue napping, I got rolled on the ribs, bruised in my cheeks, butted in my neck.

Alas, enough is enough! I've finally found the solution to the problem.
(Hohoho... I'm so pleased with my ingenuity. Why haven't I thought of this earlier?)

This morning I was so prepared. The moment he abandoned playing with his toys and started crawling towards me, I knew he would try to headbutt me till I wake up exasperated. But no! I merely gathered my blanket, climbed into his cot, raise the bars, and continue napping there for another 30 minutes. Yahoo!!

I look forward to seeing his next strategy of waking the sleepy mum...
