How do babies get born?

On way back from school, EggEgg had more questions.
"Mami, do you know if the baby in your tummy is boy or girl?"
"Well, I dunno la."

"I think its boy! Then we can save money and there's no need to buy new toys."  The thought of having pink Barbie's in his toy room is unbearable for him.
I'm not putting my hopes high on a girl either, and I agreed with EggEgg.  "Yes, I think its a boy, too."

"When will he be born?"
"Around the month of May next year."
"You mean in May 2013?" (His dates are good and he remembered every classmate's date of birth.)

EggEgg continued with his calculations.  "So, Bobo will be two years old, and when 樓梯 Ladder is in kindy, I will be in year 6."   Very impressive maths!

"Which day in May?" EggEgg is beginning to sound like my obstetrician.
"Around the twentieth."

"Why can't baby be born in Jan?"
"No, in January baby is still tiny.  He need to grow bigger and bigger, like the fruits and strawberries in the garden.  Then he'll be ready to get out in May."

"How do the baby get out?"  (See? First come the WHY question, next come the HOW question.)
"The baby will start kicking me when he's ready to come out.  Then I will go to the hospital to poo-poo him out."

"From the tummy or from the pat pat (bum)?"
"Of course from the pat pat, like shitting. What were you thinking? A baby can come out from my belly button?!"

"Really? From the pat pat? Arrrrrh"  He made a grossed out sound.  "And baby will be crawling out of your pat pat?"

"No crawling.  Ah well, it's very much like you do a poo, boy."

"Ah, Mami, I know what you mean! I always do that: first, I poo a bit, then I wait a bit. Next I poo a bit again, then the shit come out in one clump, two clump..."

"Yes, yes, something like that."   It's my turn to be grossed out.
