Which is worse? Insomnia or sleep-deprivation?

While I was pregnant, I used to wake up at 2am and went on the net till dawn due to insomnia in the third trimester.

These days, I wake up in the morning and I have to tell myself, "Don't worry, it's 14 hours till bedtime!"

You see, it's been 3 months now since Toby's born, and within the last 3 months, I've only:

* played 2 games of UNO (it used to be a nightly affair when I was pregnant)
* played 1 round of late night Age of Mythology network game (and felt like having a hangover the next morning, coz Toby woke up at 3am and 5am for more nursing)
* had 1 afternoon nap where it was 2pm till 6pm. I woke up and thought, "this is better than winning Lotto!"
* my record "sleep-in" in the morning was 8:45am. I thought the baby had died or something and began to touch his face to see if he's still alive.

(My sis visited me last week, and her conclusion was that she'll definitely get a nanny and put her baby on bottle when it's her turn to be a mum.)

Hmm... nah, this is fun, this is challenging, I won't give this up for the sake of some more sleep. Afterall, we'll be sleeping for eternity in 30 years time. So, sleep can wait.

Good night, everyone.
